The small town of Maple Ridge, Oregon is plagued by a series of murders in the local forests where a national park is set to open. Portland Police Detective, Brian Walker, is assigned to the case his first day back on the job. Walker works along side Maple Ridges sheriff, Matthew Latimore, in effort to close the case before the park opens. But when the evidence begins to confirm a local urban legend of a sinister entity that lurks in trees, they find themselves facing an unimaginable danger.
